Salmons are expensive for a good reason. It cooks fast, you only need salt and pepper to season it and a slice of lemon to get the rich juicy taste of these magical fish that swims upstream.

Pan Fried Salmon Fillet
Prep. time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Very Easy
Good for 12 crew as 1st main course of a 2 main course meal.
You will need;
2 kgs. salmon fillet, sliced 1″ thick {about 150grms./portion}
Fine salt and freshly grounded black pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 lemon, cut into wedges to garnish
Direction;
Season sliced salmon fillet with fine salt and freshly grounded black pepper.
Heat cooking oil and butter on a large non-stick frying pan.
Pan-fry salmon fillet on very high heat in batches for 2 minutes on each side. Do not over cook!
Transfer on serving dish and garnish with fresh slices of lemon.
